we have a firewall issue that requires us to download the needed plugins as .hpi files and install them by going to the ->advanced upload plugin option. Upon selecting to upload the plugin is not installed nor does it show up as an update. In short, I do not know what has happened. I have tried to find out where any error messages during the attempt to upload/install would have occurred but cannot locate them. Does anyone know how I can diagnose this?
