email coming to everyone instead of build breakers (culprits)

Using Jenkins 1.4.51 and mail-ext-plug in / 2.1.8

 

The build failure notification goes to everyone instead of culprits.

The question is - when you enable "Include Culprits", should it have Recipient List filled in ? or it can be left blank ??

 

What should be done to have the mail sent to the breaker only. ?

"Send to Recipient List" is not checked for any trigger.

"Include Culprits" is checked for Failure trigger. In here "Recipient List" is empty.

“send to Committers” is not checked for any trigger.

This may be a known bug, I don't have JIRA available right now, but you could check.
