New Selenium scenarios added

This is mostly for vjuranek@, but sending to dev@ in case anybody else is
interested.

I started moving some more page object code to Capybara, and added more
Scanarios to cover additional features. I hope the "pattern" is starting to
clear up and crystalize for how I've been thinking about separating step
definitions, page objects and the scenarios themselves.

Depending on my bandwidth this weekend, I'll start hooking these tests up to
Sauce Labs and chain a job off of a jenkins_master build.
