New Plugin for Thucydides Web Test Reports

There is a new plugin for archiving and displaying Thucydides Web Test

Thanks! I'm now a member of jenkinsci, but I can't push to my plugin
repository. Is this intentional, i.e. do I have to work with pull
requests, or is it just a missing permission setting...?
