I am not using the Local System Account. This was changed to the user account used to log on to MKS Integrity.
This was verified by checking the Jenkins Service from services.msc.
I also went to my Integrity Client install directory.
I can read and write here.
I also added the Integrity Client install directory to my PATH environment variable.
This is an MKS configuration problem.
To fix this problem edit the "IntegrityClientSite.rc" file in the IntegrityClient root folder <client_install_dir>\IntegrityClientSite.rc and add the following line:
