Sometimes my jobs won't send emails and I will see the message "An attempt to send an e-mail to empty list of recipients, ignored." You can see an email of this at http://mtu.net:8042/job/fll-release/20/. I have this job setup to send only to the recipient list ($DEFAULT_RECIPIENTS) for all actions. I've received this error on jobs setup to use the committers list as well.

Still doesn't work. This is the build log from a build that I manually triggered this morning after upgrading to the latest Jenkins and the latest plugins. I checked and I did get version 2.22 of the email-ext plugin too.

I noticed that my existing plugin has the extension "jpi", while the file you've attached is "hpi". Any particular reason for this?

That is a good question, when I mvn clean install, it generates an hpi, it should work to upload it manually through the plugin UI.

There was no new changeset for this build as it was triggered manually. So perhaps this is expected. I ran another job that always send to the default list of recipients and that one worked. I'll keep watching it and let you know if I have more trouble. I'll leave the debug one running on my opensource server.

This is interesting, based on the config screens you show, there should be a log saying "Send to recipient" but it is not there. Can you post your config.xml for this job?
