Expose the Hudson SVN as a GIT repository

Depends how if/when those contributions make it back into the primary
Hudson SVN repository ;)

I've got a couple hudson plugins up on github that I develop in, but
with larger projects there's some hiccups especially if you use branches
in Git (Subversion doesn't cope with the concept of a branching tree
very well). We ran a large Git/SVN bridge here with a tree far larger
with far more active branches than Hudson and this is how we did it:

That said, if you do git-svn clone the repo, go grab lunch in the
meantime, and throw it up somewhere public! ;)

I think it's great!

Now, if someone forks from a GIT repository and we pull a change, it
would be really nice if that integration is also tracked on the GIT side.
