Hi all, After a reboot, our windows (XP) slave
doesn’t connect anymore. The Hudson slave agent only says: “Connecting to
<SERVER>:<PORT>” and after a while it adds: (retrying:X). Our Hudson server runs on Unix and using my
own PC as slave I can connect successfully. The server output doesn’t give a me
a clue either. Using Hudson version 1.297 I don’t know where to look or how to fix
this… Regards, Michel |

Additionally, the
firewall on de Windows box is inactive and I can connect to the server using
the correct port, so IMHO it must be something within Hudson…. Cheers, Michel Von: Loehr, Michel

Well at least you are
able to start it at all, I cannot not L Von: David Ngan
[mailto:[hidden email]] I have a similar problem. I have the Hudson slave agent installed
as a Windows service set to automatically start after a reboot. But it doesn’t
start after a reboot. I have to manually start the “Hudson Slave” service. We
are on Hudson version 1.277, but had the same problem on all previous versions
as well. Question: How does Hudson know when a slave is offline? After
rebooting the slave machine, my slave agent does not run. However, the Hudson
dashboard on the master still indicates that the slave is still online. From: Loehr, Michel (SAXONIA)
